WE TEST EVERY SINGLE TOROID

Can you justify sending out a defective product? We can't. And neither can any of our clients. That's why we insist on 100% testing.

UNMATCHED CORE QUALITY

If you don't start with the right core how can you end up with the right performance? ToroidTech uses only M-3 grade cores and up.

HIGHER TEMP WIRE

The industry standard is 130° wire. If you can live with the industry standard, that's fine. We use 200°, double-insulated magnet wire for higher consistent performance.

STATE-OF-THE-ART WINDING

Winding makes all the difference. Our RUFF machinery is the finest in the world. Your specifications are stored digitally and replicated exactly with every new order, for maximum consistency.

3M POLYESTER TAPE

We don't use 3M tape because our clients specify it, we use it because 3M makes the finest polyester tape available.
